4 - I have digital images of patients. Is it possible to integrate them into my Natom software?
Yes. It is possible. The only restriction is the size of the image: 640 pixels x 480 pixels. The file format doesn’t matter: GIF, JPG, PSD … The image can be annotated and saved the same as any chart of the software. |

5 -During the installation of Natom, the software refuses to install.
For North American users of version 1.2 or previous versions, at the time of installation of the Natom software, enter 11111 instead of your zip code. This information will not have any consequences on your registration as an owner of a Natom license. |

6- I want to install Natom on my desktop computer and on my laptop. Must I buy two licenses ?
No. When you buy a Natom software license, you are entitled to two activations per license. |

7- I must reformat or change my computer. Natom refuses my activation code or number. What must I do ?
When you buy a license from Natom, you may install the license twice. Beyond that, at the time of installation, click on activation by email and explain why you wish to have another activation. You will receive your new activation code or number. by email. See Software activation of software. |

8- I just downloaded extra anatomical charts. How do I integrate these to Natom ?
Click on the Menu icon, then on the Option tab. Then click on Organize. In the Organize box, click on the New Image button. In the Label field, type the image title. In the Image field, by clicking on the button on the right side, go and get the image you have downloaded. In the Legend field, go and get the image containing the legend, if needed. You will see that the image has been added to the bottom of the list. Select the image with the right button of the mouse and drag the image to the proper file.
*During the downloading of anatomical images, it is recommended that it be filed in a folder under Natom on your hard drive. |

9- What does multi license version mean ?
A multi license version means that you are buying a version that allows you to install the software a determined number of times. For example, the five user multi license version allows you to install Natom on five individual stations. |
