After Natom has been installed, you must proceed with the activation of the software to make it work.
The first time you launch Natom, a dialogue box automatically opens to guide you through the activation procedure. |
Choose one of the 3 activation modes that are presented by clicking on the appropriate icon.

On Line :
This is the fastest and quickest way to know your activation number. |
Click on the “activation by Internet” icon. Fill in the required fields then click on “Validate”; the Natom software launches automatically, it is released.
You must be connected to Internet for this procedure to progress correctly. |

By email:
Within a very short time, you will receive an email containing your activation number. |
-Click on the “activation by email” icon. Fill in the required fields then click on “Validate”.
-Your messaging software will open a preformatted email, already filled in, that you must send as is.
-When you receive the email containing your activation number, re-launch Natom and enter this number in the field especially provided in the first dialogue box.
Validate, the Natom software is released. |

By telephone:
Every day from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, except Wednesdays.
 |
To do your activation by email, you must be sitting in front of your computer.
-Click on the “activation by telephone” icon; a dialogue box containing your serial number and validation number appears.
-Dial the Indigo Natom number: an operator receives these two numbers and sends your activation number.
-Enter this number in the indicated field and click “Validate”.
The software is released. |
